Manage B2B customer relationships and identify the right pipe products for each project requirement. You will work closely with procurement managers, project engineers, and mill partners to match client specifications. Background in mechanical engineering or metallurgy preferred.
Source pipe products from certified steel mills globally, negotiate pricing and lead times, and manage supplier qualification. You will maintain our mill partnership database and ensure all sourced products meet customer and QMS requirements.
Act as the interface between JO STEEL and our mill partners. Review mill test reports, witness production runs, coordinate third-party inspection, and ensure all MTCs meet customer requirements before dispatch.
Plan and execute international shipments of pipe products. You will coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare export documentation, manage Incoterms compliance, and track deliveries for on-time arrival to project sites across 40+ countries.
Handle inbound product enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the external sales team with technical documentation. You will develop deep product knowledge across our 1,200+ SKU catalogue and become a reliable resource for customers navigating specifications.
Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of pipe products. Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate ISO-compliant labelling and documentation for each product heat, and lead the warehouse team to hit dispatch targets.
