Structural Foundation Piling
Heavy-wall structural pipe for deep foundation piling, building frames, and load-bearing applications.
Overview
JO STEEL provides structural hollow sections (SHS, RHS, CHS) and heavy-wall piling pipe for construction projects requiring deep foundations, marine structures, and load-bearing frameworks. Our products meet international structural steel standards and are available in grades up to S355J2H for high-strength applications.
The Challenge
Foundation piling and structural frameworks demand steel pipe with high yield strength, consistent wall thickness, dimensional accuracy, and full compliance with structural design codes for engineer approval.
Our Solution
We supply structural steel pipes manufactured to EN 10219, ASTM A500, and AS/NZS 1163, with mill certification, mechanical testing, and cut-to-length services. Our structural CHS is available in diameters up to 1,200 mm with wall thickness to 40 mm for heavy civil engineering projects.
